Owned and operated by Maria Rose, Rose Designworks was originally founded in San Francisco in 1998 and moved to its current location in Wilmington, Delaware in 2006. Ms. Rose is director and lead designer for the company and is the point of contact for all client services. A network of specialized consultants serves Rose Designworks as needed on a per project basis.
Prior to establishing Rose Designworks, Ms. Rose was a graphic designer and proposal coordinator at Bechtel Industrial, a division of one of the world's largest engineering and construction firms. There Ms. Rose worked on proposals and business development presentations for such companies as Motorola, General Motors, Pfizer, Proctor & Gamble and Genentech. Previously, Ms. Rose served as a special event coordinator for Kimpton Hotels, marketing and organizing business meetings and special events at one of their upscale San Francisco restaurants.
